• To operate the AI assistant and give you relevant answers about the site (legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing the feature).

Conversations are not stored in a database on this site; the message history lives in your browser session and is processed by Google to produce the response.

Please do not share passwords, confidential business information, or sensitive personal data with the assistant. Google processes this input under its own terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the site, and they only process data on our behalf for the purposes described above:

• Google Cloud - website hosting and infrastructure.
• Google (Gemini API) - powers the AI assistant.
• Google Analytics & Tag Manager - usage analytics (only with your consent).
• Google / Gmail (SMTP) - delivery of contact-form, mentorship, bug-report, and newsletter emails.
• Cloudinary - hosting and delivery of images and media.
• Microsoft Teams - used for mentorship video calls when you book one.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of the site and its users.

Some of the providers above are based in, or process data in, countries outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area, including the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as offered by these providers.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected:

• Contact, mentorship, and bug-report messages are retained in the operator's mailbox for as long as needed to handle and follow up on your request, then deleted.
• Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
• AI assistant conversations are not persisted by this site beyond your browser session.
• Analytics data is retained according to the provider's configured retention settings.
• Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
