A collection of 6 production-ready declarative agents for Microsoft 365 Copilot that solve real workplace problems. Each agent is a .zip file you upload to Teams - no coding, no Copilot Studio, no Power Automate, no Azure.
Every agent comes in French and English (12 packages total). Built as part of the Microsoft JumpStart program for Copilot & Agents adoption.

Prompt Architect
Expert prompt engineer that crafts, tests, and refines production-ready prompts for M365 Copilot. Teaches the CRAFT and CRISPE frameworks. Featured as Microsoft's Prompt of the Week.
Copilot Coach
Your personal Copilot teacher across all M365 apps. Backed by 11 knowledge documents covering every app, governance, pricing, and 27 ready-to-use prompts.
Meeting Action Tracker
Analyzes Teams meeting transcripts to extract action items, owners, and deadlines into structured tables. Filter by person, compare across meetings, track progress.
Weekly Briefing
Scans your emails, Teams messages, document activity, and meeting transcripts to build a personalized briefing. Perfect for Monday kickstart or Friday wrap-up.
Change Communication Drafter

Installation: 2 Minutes
Getting started is simple:
- Download the
.zipfor the agent you want (FR or EN version) from GitHub - Upload to Teams - Go to Apps > Manage your apps > Upload a custom app
- Use it - Open Microsoft 365 Copilot and select your new agent from the agent picker
Requirements
You need a Microsoft 365 Copilot license and custom app upload enabled by your IT admin. No Azure subscription, no Copilot Studio license, no Power Platform license needed.
Agent Tiers
The agents are organized into tiers based on their capabilities:
- Tier 1 - Basic: Instructions only, no M365 data access (Change Comms Drafter)
- Tier 1 - Knowledge: Instructions + knowledge files (Prompt Architect, Copilot Coach)
- Tier 2 - Capabilities: Instructions + M365 Graph capabilities like email, meetings, files, and people (Action Tracker, Weekly Briefing, Onboarding Buddy)
Customization
Every agent's behavior is controlled by the instructions field in declarativeAgent_0.json. You can change the language, adjust the tone, add or remove capabilities, and modify conversation starters.
The Onboarding Buddy is specifically designed to be customized with your company's documents - just unzip, add your .docx files (employee handbook, IT guide, org chart), re-zip, and upload.
